The Roadsigns series is a chiaroscuro drawing problem (graphite) that re-imagines a pollock abstraction (acrylic) as a set of three-dimensional renderings of forms in a floating spatial volume. This work was created as a response to the very fluid,shifting dynamic transformation of our living and working conditions during the COVID-19 crisis. The question being asked is "How do we get oriented and stabiulkized in a transformed environment?"
