I came across this quirky duplex located at No. 9 and No.11 Spadina Road in Toronto. What caught my eye was the fancy Porsche 911 sports car parked out front – it made me think “Maybe they’re here to collect the rent”. As such, I called this painting “Rent Day”. The home was built in 1890, and is referred to as the George Stinson House as he was the first occupant. My painting was created in a 11 x 14 inch size, and is matted and mounted into a 19.5 x 23.5 inch frame. It is READY TO HANG.
