When I created this piece, I was going for abstract, undefined, "messy". The only tool I used during the creation was a toothbrush to assist me in splashing paint to make the stars, besides that, I used nothing but my trusty palette knife. I really enjoyed the ability to be carefree while making this piece, to just smear paint and not worry about mistakes and imperfections that take the swipe of a palette knife to correct.
