I have always had a profound fascination and reverence for Owls. Mysterious and effortlessly adroit, they are often hidden in plain sight, able to see us and all around them, yet completely camouflaged themselves. This paining brings me back to fond memories of sitting around a roaring campfire at dusk, listening to the ethereal, echoed calls of the Great Horned Owl.
