Wool Festival is my first encounter with painting sheep. On the way to the cottage, I captured this beautiful barn and its inhabitants on a cloudy day last fall. I took a few (too) many images and brought it home to my studio to create.
This painting is created with the finest watercolour materials and pigments. It is mounted on a birch panel - gallery depth (1.5 inches) and protected with a matte UV coating. Enjoy this beautiful medium without glass for its fullest impact in your home.
